Rev. Alice Ridgill

Rev. Alice Ridgill is a native of Manning, SC. She is a 1998 graduate of Presbyterian College, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Fine Arts.   While at Presbyterian, Alice was a four-year letter winner on the women's basketball team.    

After completing college, she attended Erskine Theological Seminary and graduated in 2001.  While at Erskine, she served as supply pastor of the Washington Street Presbyterian Church, Abbeville, SC.  From 1999-2002, Alice served as a Chaplain (candidate) in the United States Air Force Reserves.  She was ordained in 2002 and continued to serve the Washington Street Church until December of 2005.

Alice began her ministry as Campus Pastor at Thornwell on March 1, 2006.  In addition Alice is pursuing a Doctor of Ministry Degree at Erskine Theological Seminary.

When asked to describe what being a part of the Thornwell ministry means to her, Pastor Alice replied:
